SERMONS.
I’ve been preaching for most of my life. I understand preaching to be a powerful vehicle for social, personal, political and interpersonal transformation. These four sermons are a sampling of how I utilize the pulpit as a site of dreaming, vision-casting, probing, and moving the heart of the hearer towards hope in divine possibility. Together, they comprise a sermonic overview of my core theological beliefs and personal values.

I love lecturing and keynoting. I take great care in my preparation, paying close attention to engaging in dialogue with my sources with precision and integrity. I believe in the power of courageous scholarship and in bold ideas to shift cultural landscapes and to move us beyond antiquated ways of being and thinking.
